In order to get the most out of this website and find the very best properties, do the following:

1.  Narrow it Down-Searching for properties can become very confusing…they start to look all alike. Decide first what is important to you in a second home.  I had a client narrow it down for me a few weeks ago…he wanted a water view, three bedroom home, modern and specific price range.  He told me not to show him any property that did not meet his criteria.  That’s ready aim shoot.  We found him exactly what he wanted in just a couple of showings.
2. Use the Save Option. Our Search tool has an advanced alert for MLS listings criteria that you save.  You may not find exactly what you want on the first search but when a listing comes available it will be emailed to you automatically.
